Hagerfest is a one-day music and arts festival in downtown Hagerstown that will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The themes for the festival are "Turning up the city!" and "Amplifying and celebrating all genres of creativity."

 

The deadline for entries to be submitted is 4:00 PM on Monday, March 24, 2025.

 

Submissions will be accepted in PDF format and can be emailed to events@hagerstownmd.org.

 

The selected artist will receive a stipend of $150 and the design will be featured on the 2025 Hagerfest t-shirt.
